"In the process of shaping new int'l order; the creative & smart moves of the emerging powers are determining,while the role of WEST is being decreased. Europe can rectify its shortcomings through diversifying partners, less dependence to the US & avoiding further miscalculations", the Iranian ambassador said in a tweet posted on Saturday.
